Security and access to buildings are high priority to AB Properties LLC. We have well-lit exterior spaces and Facial Recognition access to the building. This also takes the place of the traditional buzzer system. If you have a friend coming over and you are not home yet, they can “buzz” you to let them in. This also combats against mail and package theft.
There is laundry on site. Parking options include lot parking, covered parking with garage door and heated parking garage locations.
All access is transitioning to electric keypad so no more losing or digging for a key. No more worrying about the security of your home if you lose your key.
All common areas are cleaned biweekly. All parking lot clearing, sidewalk clearing, lawn and leaves are all taken care of for you.
We have multiple layouts and rooming options. We have furnished and non furnished apartments. The furnished apartments come with the decorative rug, couch, coffee table, dining table with chairs, clock and paintings.
